Make a Wish. Now Write It Eighteen Times.
369 Zone helps draft an intention with AI, then asks its user to type the same sentence three times in the morning, six at noon and nine at night.
369 Zone can help compose an affirmation with AI. Then it gives the person holding the iPhone the repetitive part: write that same sentence three times in the morning, six at midday and nine at night. A full day's practice adds up to eighteen copies, spread across three appointments with one intention.
The writing screen keeps the current intention above the fields. In the official morning-session image, the first two numbered boxes contain the same sentence about taking a small step forward each day. Purple and pink outlines separate the rows. Each has a character count; a CHECK button sits below the set. The interface leaves the reference sentence visible while the user works through its copies.

What gets repeated starts as a personal goal. An official store image asks what the user most wants to change in life, with “Finish what I start” in the input field. The app offers AI-generated affirmations and intention statements, which can be edited, refined or replaced before saving. Its getting-started guide suggests present-tense wording that expresses gratitude for a change as though it has already happened. Its example concerns handling difficult conversations calmly, framing the desired response as something already possible.
An update released on November 8 in Beijing makes that checking less strict. Its notes say punctuation differences and small typos no longer hold up a session. They also describe a one-tap way to fine-tune the intention before beginning.
Those copies belong to separate parts of the day. The defaults are 7 am, noon and 9 pm, with all three times adjustable. A session opens around its scheduled time for thirty minutes by default, and later ones remain locked until their turn. Once a missed session has closed, extra repetitions at night cannot make it up. The app asks for three returns to the sentence, with a breathing exercise before each round. A Home Screen widget can keep the words nearby between sessions. In the official images, the current-intention widget carries the same wording as the writing screen, while a second widget offers an affirmation of the day. Both display a streak count.

There is room to change one's mind. The manual allows four intention changes a week by default, with the next session using the new wording. Past intentions remain in history, along with when each one began and how long it was sustained. The latest release notes also preserve a streak when the intention changes, so a different sentence does not force the practice back to day one.
The spoken version needs its own revision. According to the editing manual, audio is generated from the intention and stored alongside it. Changing the text does not regenerate that recording: the user must refresh the voiceover in Settings to hear the new wording while writing. Without that extra step, the old sentence may still be read over the replacement. The manual treats the written intention and its voice as two things to keep in step.
The twenty-one-day tracker records the practice. The website explicitly promises no particular relationship, career or other external outcome.
AI can help find the words. At the next session, the first empty row is waiting again.
