Psychic Detector is a Japanese paranormal entertainment app that turns changes in magnetic, motion, pressure and ambient sound sensors into meter and vibration effects.
Simultaneous changes across sensor channels trigger a response, with stronger readings producing more vibration. Maximum readings can be saved, with dates and areas for the personal top three and a Japan-wide ranking.
Recorded locations are rounded to roughly 600-meter areas. Sensor-based effects do not establish the presence of spirits.
