Dear Arcana begins with the cards, not an instant interpretation. Choose a spread of one, three, four, five or ten cards, including Celtic Cross, then shuffle and turn them yourself. The full 78-card Rider-Waite-Smith deck can land upright or reversed. The site says the browser uses cryptographically secure randomness to deal without repeating a card. Drawing and viewing cards are free, unlimited and available without an account.
A separate one-card Yes/No tool answers a short question with a direction and a one-line reason. Its first answer each day is free. The AI reader starts only after cards are on the table: it receives the drawn cards, their positions and orientations, plus the question you type. It does not choose another spread. AI reading requires sign-in and includes one successful free reading per UTC day, with three free follow-up questions. Later readings or Yes/No answers can use Points or a Plus membership.
The service is run by independent developer Kun and has English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese and Traditional Chinese pages. It presents the readings as prompts for reflection rather than psychic predictions. A draw without an account stays in the browser; after sign-in, saved questions and readings are associated with the account, and AI questions and cards are sent to its model provider.
